In order to get started with cleaning your Go Plus, it’s good to go over the 3 Ps of proper cleaning - power down your device, prepare your cleaning supplies, and place each individual component somewhere safe.

Starting with the easiest and most essential, whenever you want to clean your Exxus Go Plus you must always power off your device. You never want the battery operating while cleaning, as this can cause serious issues if moisture is able to seep in while on. Finally, when cleaning your Go Plus you must disassemble the carb cap, glass percolator, and heating chamber before placing them all somewhere safe. We recommend using a folded towel to place components, as this is both a soft and absorbent surface for them to rest.

To do so, first remove the carb cap by gently pulling off the rubber tether, once off you can detach the tether entirely and place your carb cap to the side. From here carefully pull off the glass percolator, it utilizes a magnetic attachment system, so with a little tug it will pop right off.

Once the glass is off, you can unscrew your heating chamber to reveal the threaded connection beneath and place your chamber on the towel. Now your Exxus Go Plus is all ready for a deep cleaning, with all of its important areas far more accessible to you.

Cleaning The Exxus Go Plus Quartz Chamber

Leave Your Go Plus To Dry

Finally, once you’ve cleaned all of the components of your Exxus Go Plus - you must now leave them on the towel and let them properly dry. While this may take a while, never skip this step as you don’t want to operate your device while cleaning materials like isopropyl alcohol linger.
